   All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Delivery Time
   Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days depending on your location. Metro cities may receive orders faster, while remote areas may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Charges
   We offer Free Shipping on most orders. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
   We offer Cash on Delivery across most locations in India. Please ensure accurate contact details to avoid order delays or cancellations.

5. Order Tracking
   Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS or email. You can track your order status in real-time.

6. Delivery Delays
   While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, logistics issues, or high demand.

7. Incorrect Address
   Please ensure your shipping address is correct. ELTRIX will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

8. Failed Delivery / RTO
   If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, the order may be returned (RTO). Re-shipping may require additional charges.
